This is our regular date night spot, and it never fails to deliver a wonderful experience. Last night we ordered almost exclusively the chef specials, along with a few old favorites, and we were so overjoyed by our meal and left so satisfied. John was our server, and he is so kind and funny and efficient. Made great suggestions and kept our meal coming out at a great pace. We chose The Metropolitan in Amarillo to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. We ordered the NY strip- and sea bass- shared a wedge salad and the risotto. All were fantastic - service was timely and suggestions available on the different sauces. We will 100% return.
