BBQ at a gas station??!! Yes and it's really good. We travel through here often and we've had meetings here several times. I felt badly for the 2 guys working when we came last. They were so busy,, they need help!!

I’d been meaning to check this place out, and I finally did. Looks like they’ve got a few locations around Amarillo, so it must be a local chain. Everything was on point, and the price was surprisingly reasonable. The brisket was juicy, ribs were tender, and cole slaw was tasty. Mitch's BBQ gets my approval.

I went in with my kids to eat and the assistant manager ally Garner was very awesome! He was fast helping, great customer service and quick to put a smile on my kids faces. 10/10 love a great manager!

How are you going to charge $12.00 for a plate, and have the food be so bad where my own dog won’t eat it? I took one bite of everything and was disappointed at how everything was so dry and stale, I got two briskets, two ribs, and two polish sausages, the best has to be the polish sausage, everything else was dry and bland as card board. I’ve had better from a 7/11 in Oklahoma, Texas ain’t all that when it comes to BBQ, Oklahoma has them beat. Don’t waste your time or money.

Do not spend your money and time stopping in this location if you can keep driving to their Bushland one, I go to the Bushland one every other week and products are always good and consistent, in this location, brisket was just fat, portions not good and aspect horrible.

They’re trying to sell you something you never asked, so don’t be surprised if the final amount will be slightly bigger than you expected(((
In my case, they sold the some kind of a strawberry apple pie for four dollars. I do not even eat sweet stuff so get one star.

Find all the similarities of the dry brisket in so many other reviews. It's obvious they refuse to do anything about it. Its disgusting

Brisket was DRY & no flavor at all. Extremely difficult to eat. The slider bread was old and just disgusting itself. The area that has all the sauces was so dirty and just unacceptable for a restaurant that had 0 customers but plenty of employees doing nothing.

The banana pudding was more like stale crackers and whipped cream. It's one of the worst I've ever tasted.

What an absolute disgusting place, and your employees make it so obvious that they hate what they do.

It's clear no one's paid attention to this restaurant in YEARS.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat and we should have just kept going, we ordered the 4 piece ribs with one side which we got mac and cheese and it comes with a drink we also added a 1/4 pound of sliced brisket, a side of green beans and a banana pudding. I try my best to give the review that’s due and this food was horrible, the ribs were very dry, the brisket I can say was moist but none of the food sides included had any flavor whatsoever it all tasted very bland and like we got the last of the food that was left for the day even though it was only mid afternoon, the sides seemed like they were leftovers from yesterday warmed up and the banana pudding had no texture at all it tasted like banana flavored whipped cream. Hopefully they can go back and rearrange some things in that kitchen.
