Moonii Korean Food and Boba

Best Boba in town so glad I found this spot, the workers are so kind and welcoming:) can’t wait to go back and try the food‼️

I am happy with my experience here. The food was good, my dish did come out a bit cold. Service was also good, but there was a couple issues while ordering which is likely due to them training staff which is totally understandable for a new resteraunt. I would still recommend moonii to others, and look forward to the quality of food and service they may have in a few months!

Visited yesterday, ordered rib soup for $21, bee bim bap for $16. rice cakes for $12. When I tell you (I grew up in Korea for 16 years), this food is no where near authentic Korean food or not even as good as American fusion Korean for the money, it's a fact. Anyone visiting I highly do not recommend for food, I did not order bobba drinks, so cannot fairly review those, but as far as food? Absolutely do not waste your money there. First, rice cake (it looks nothing like their menu pictures), so I asked about how come egg is not on the dish, she said owner said they no longer do that. Wait, didn't they just open 1 month ago? ok, maybe they are still figuring things out, but for $12? NOT worth it. My soup, lots of meat, so that was ok, but as far as taste of how it SHOULD taste (again, I am korean), let me just say I drank pretty much water. Bowl of rice, COLD. Rice should NEVER served cold. Side dishes, I think they can do better than that. That kind of amount (no, I am Korean, so I know how it should be served at that price), don't waste your money. Waitress, should pull their hair back serving food tray.

Lights were pretty good, other than that, get bobba drinks from there not food. I rather spend my money at volcano until they get another decent Korean restaurants in this town.

First visit to Moonii. We had the Bee Beem Bhop and a matcha with mango. Both were really good. Wish I could give it 5 stars but there were a few things that are going to hold them back from success. It is fast food, but with a semi-sit down environment. There was no music playing or relaxing ambiance. The front staff were all young and not well trained in customer service. We saw a lots of young women who walked in just for boba teas and promptly left. I am guessing the teas are their bread and butter. I can see this place being a successful takeout location and boba tea stop in Amarillo.

The food was great. The atmosphere was amazing. All the staff was very kind and checked up on us to make sure everything was good. The drinks were great. This was our first time here and we left very content very happy and very full.
