I am happy with my experience here. The food was good, my dish did come out a bit cold. Service was also good, but there was a couple issues while ordering which is likely due to them training staff which is totally understandable for a new resteraunt. I would still recommend moonii to others, and look forward to the quality of food and service they may have in a few months!
First visit to Moonii. We had the Bee Beem Bhop and a matcha with mango. Both were really good. Wish I could give it 5 stars but there were a few things that are going to hold them back from success. It is fast food, but with a semi-sit down environment. There was no music playing or relaxing ambiance. The front staff were all young and not well trained in customer service. We saw a lots of young women who walked in just for boba teas and promptly left. I am guessing the teas...
The food was great. The atmosphere was amazing. All the staff was very kind and checked up on us to make sure everything was good. The drinks were great. This was our first time here and we left very content very happy and very full.
