Stopped here on a road trip down to Texas. This is actually a pretty decent joint for some good fish fry. If you don't mind getting a little crazy with the grease, by all means stop here. Overall the food was good and it was a lot of food - however inside, the environment not the most updated/impressive place. Honestly I did not mind it, and I would stop again.

Like the one guy said great food if you can get past the looks. We had the fish filets. I didn't think they were taking enough precautions due to covid using the regular bottles for condiments because you don't know who touched them. Had a big problem with flies but the whole city does.

I miss this place the roast duck was awesome the sticky rice with his green Chile with onion that was awesome to I wish I had that mmmmmmmmmm sauce was amazing

Delicious crispy catfish. Good pineapple coleslaw and beans. Tartar sauce is outstanding. Would eat here again for sure.

Not my preference. They only had catfish with corn meal breading.I was craving fried fish.But it was a lot of fish and fries. They ran out of coleslaw????? Gave us cold beans.If I go back I will try the shrimp.Also the aquarium needed cleaning, ( the reason I dont have one anymore).And a dead fish floating.I'm sure I will not go back.In my opinion, if workers aren't cooking or serving, the are cleaning, not watching Fox News or ESPN. The place needed a good scrubbing.

First time here cajun catfish was delicious and the owner and guy up front where incredibly hospitable and friendly, offered me a free drink while i waited for my food. I will def be back often! Thanx guys!?

WOW!! 12 years in Amarillo and we finally have a catfish spot! Everything is amazing! Large meaty fillets, proper fixin’s, and very down home atmosphere. Support local business and Route 66!!
