Brisket 7
Chicken 9
Ribs 8
Service was great!
Vetern owned full service BBQ restaurant which is out of the ordinary for a BBQ restaurant, but in a good way! The pork ribs and smoked mac n' cheese were amazing! The ribs were tender with a sweet and savory rub that was outstanding! I did use a little bbq sauce which was also good, but the ribs didn't need sauce! The meat was slightly smokey with a perfect rub , I highly recommend the pork ribs! I had some brisket as well, which had a good smoke ring and good flavor, but the slices I had were just a little dry but the bbq sauce complimented the meat very well and it was still a very good tasting brisket! The mac n' cheese was creamy, cheesy and a litte smokey and hit it out of the park! I also had cole slaw which tasted freshly made in house, the slaw sauce was slightly sweet and tangy but not too sweet it was a perfect balance with the savory meat and macaroni! I thouroughly enjoyed my meal here!

If you haven't tried this place, you are missing out on good BBQ. I ordered the Marvin with chopped brisket. No sauce necessary. Banana pudding was great too. This place is slept on. Waiter was awesome, refilled drinks and even brought to-go cups without us even asking. Great experience and great food!

Get The Medic- smoked mac n cheese topped with pulled pork! Frito pie was awesome! Brisket- mmmm perfect! every bite we tried was soo so good!
My son and I stopped by on our way through town wanting to try some Texas BBQ.
Service and atmosphere were both fantastic, food was not. Underseasoned across the board; Brisket was tough and dry; pickles were taken out of a jar; coleslaw appeared as though it had been mixed the day prior and left to sit overnight.
Always love to support veterans, although will probably try a different spot next time.

Finally tried this place for the first time. I live literally down the street from it, but never got a chance to try it. And after a whole year and a 1/2, I finally gave it a go. First of all, to the owner you have a great spot. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Demitrius (hope I spelled his name right) the guy's service was impeccable. Before you even walk in, you can smell the barbecue. If that doesn't catch your attention, the quaintness of the inside will was very clean, even the bathroom was clean, you would think someone from Buckees was constantly in there to ensure that it was clean. I got the beef ribs, brisket combo... Everything was well seasoned. The ribs had a great bite to it. If I had to say anything about this place, it would be that on that particular day, I didn't get the juiciest brisket pieces. But that's okay, because the flavor was on point, and honestly, the beef ribs made up for it. I know it's something that they don't do regularly. It might have just been a bad day for the brisket that day. On that note, the service itself, it was awesome. And like I said, I will be going back to try a different plate, because there are more items that I would like to try from this place. I do have a TikTok if you want to see the video. Just go to my site. I will be posting the pictures right now as well. Thank you again, Nine line Bbq.

We've been meaning to try them for a while but haven't gotten around to it until now. My mom is in town and, being a native Texan living out of state, she's always got to get good BBQ when she comes.
We got brisket sliders, the 2-meat sandwiches with pulled pork and brisket (and coleslaw), 2 sides of ribs, the smoked mac & cheese, and potato salad.
She's a brisket fan, but this is the first time she's said the pulled 🐖 might be even better than the brisket!
I silently judge BBQ joints on their coleslaw bcz it's what I love and a lot of places don't put any thought into it, but theirs does NOT disappoint! It's not too creamy/mayonnaisey and has a great tang to it. I just wish they offered extra large options for their sides. I'd buy that stuff by the quart.
The mac & cheese is rich and creamy, and the potato salad was 👌 We bought the ribs for my husband and OMG he practically inhaled them, they were so good.
I really hope this place does well, and I'll do my best to help them out with it 😁 Give these guys a try bcz they're a great addition to the Amarillo BBQ scene!

We really wanted to love this joint. We love supporting small businesses, especially ones that are veteran owned and help within the community.
Unfortunately the brisket was underwhelming. We asked for fatty but got lean that was dry and tasteless. The rib tips were good. The pork ribs were very good, but the sides were just Ok.
I really want y'all to succeed so PLEASE step it up a lot!

Good tasty BBQ and sides!
Stopped here on a road trip and the food was great but our server was one of the nicest servers I’ve ever had. He was a tall young gentleman and was very friendly and helpful. Seemed like he helps old ladies cross the street. We will be back on the return leg of our road trip.

The people are just delightful and the St Louis and Baby back ribs are to die for! I got 3 racks of ribs and 3 lbs chopped beef for my 4th of July party and nothing was leftover.
