The store manager reached out to me and made it right. She did a great job. We went in and bought 4 mini cakes, all of different flavors. They messed up and gave us 2 of the same flavor we did not order. We went back in (from across town) to correct their mistake. They said they could not take the cake they got wrong back and we had to pay for the one we originally asked for. Terrible customer service. We were fine driving back to the store from across town, but making us pay for their mistake is horrible. It should not be on us to have to pay for a fifth cake.

This is where I always get birthday cakes from! They are so delicious! I haven't found a flavor I don't like! I love the staff - always eager to serve! Even when several people in there at once, they are quick! It's a fun little store front to walk into. Cute cake accessories - sites and smells to delight your senses! Hmmm I am craving some Bundt cake now ....

9.8.23 Called approximately 2:30 and ordered a pick up order of a dozen Buntins decorated. Told them what time I would like to pickup order 4-to 4.30. I was told they would be ready in 20 minutes they said Arrived at 4:22. Went to pickup an order of my buntis. They came out with a sealed box (three pieces of tape). I asked to see the product. I was told they could not open box. Once I got home I saw why. Evidently the have no refrig. The decorations were all over the box and the icing the use on top was melting from getting to warm. Overall a #%^$&$% mess. We were heading out of town or I would have taken them back. Forty bucks for a dozen of donuts and you can"t look at before paying. WOW very Dissapointed. Customer service??? I guess not!!!

Doesn’t really taste like a Bundt cake and it’s way over priced. We tried three different flavors and none were really that great. The staff was friendly and the store looks nice but the quality of the cake is really not that much better than what you would buy at a grocery store bakery except that it cost twice as much.
I would give 5 stars if they had later hours anytime i want one THEYRE ALWAYS CLOSED WHY DO YALL CLOSE SOOOOOOOO EARLYYYY. Other than the hours. I love you

It was my birthday, and I went to get my free bundlet, and I chose strawberries and cream, the employee was so nice and it was literally the best cake I've ever tasted, I love how it's served cold, and the icing is also super good. Everything was literally perfect.

All of you are the sweetest people I’ve ever met! Pun intended! We live in Arizona and my son lives in Amarillo with his dad and step mom. Last minute we decided to order a cake and have it delivered! Unfortunately there was a mistake on our end and no one ended up being home when it was delivered! At first I was heartbroken because it was my sons 16 th birthday and he didn’t get his cake. BUT I got a called from the store manager and she was so freaking nice, she offered to drive after hours to deliver his cake! I told her no worries because I didn’t want her out driving at night by herself! So the next day, my sons step mother picked up the cake and they threw in some cupcakes too!! You really didn’t have to do that because of our fault in the delivery. You guys rock and if I lived closer, I would buy cakes from you all the time!!! You made my sons birthday so special!!! Thank you!!!!Leslie
