We went in for some drinks at the bar and Erica the bar tender is the best by far in all of the Texas Panhandle! Best drinks ever! Hands down the BEST!

The service is just okay and make time to wait for drinks. The $30+ Scallop platter came out with 5 scallops and (ha ha ha) 3 pieces of asparagus! The filet is priced and cooked well. Last but not least, the Ceviche only requires 3 1/2 bites to completely consume so you need to be one step ahead of the kiddos. Long story short, faster service and larger portions to compensate the price.

Good environment and the live music was nice. I'm not a fan of the buffet on Fridays. No way to identify the dish so you have to open each pan to find out what it is. The salmon was very dry.

The seafood buffet on Fridays is awesome. Great food, service and chefs are very friendly and well trained.

Terrible service!! Over priced food and not even worth it. Drinks are mediocre. Basic restaurant asking for high dollar price. Not worth better off going to a mainstream restaurant like Red Lobster or Olive Garden. Not worth the price not worth the struggle!!!! TERRIBLE!

The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because 2 items that I wanted they were out of. Great food and ambience... certain staff could dress a bit more professional but all in all nice!

We had a party of 7 for my mom's birthday. Almost half of what we tried to order was not available including appetizers, sides and drinks. The gin and tonics were flat and after we sent them back we were told they were now out of Tanqueray so couldn't make another. We waited for over an hour for our food and the best dish on the table was barely above average. Our waitress seemed like she wanted to make up for everything and offered us free dessert but after 2.5 hours there we were ready to leave and declined. We were finally ready to get out of there and discovered an error on the bill... when we couldn't find our waitress to fix it we finally asked another server for a manager. The manager never showed and another server fixed the bill. The night was redeemed when we went across the street to Crush for dessert and drinks!

Wow!! Fantastic service!! The food was..well Off the Hook!! Came for my birthday. The tomahawk steak...unbelievable. We liked the live music. Our server was gracious friendly and so kind. I can't say enough good things. We will be back!! Just a mention, we read reviews before going and thought we shouldn't go. So glad we ignored that. Go...have fun. The low country boil was . I got extra seasoning.

Had high hopes, maybe it was the dish, maybe it was the service, and a lot just went wrong overall.

Very nice atmosphere and good food presentation. I thought the menu was great! We had buffalo shrimp and buffalo mozzarella cheese for appetizers and they were delicious. For the main course, my Chicken Romano was superb and my husband got the Low Country Boil, which has boiled shrimp, dungenous crab, sausage, potatoes and an ear of corn. He liked it, but said the shrimp and corn was a little over done. Otherwise everything was delicious. We will definitely visit again.

We had really big hope's for Off the Hook. The service was great from the beginning. We decided to try a lot of different appetizers and small plates to get a real feel for the place.

This restaurant came recommended by locals but left a lot to be desired. I was with a party of 8 colleagues and nearly everyone had an issue. First, we couldn't have a conversation due to an extremely loud band in the next room. Next, the food. We ordered a number of appetizers to share. The oysters Rockefeller were decent as were the crab legs. However we needed to ask for nut crackers to crack the crab legs, and after several minutes of waiting got two for our entire table. My entree was a calamari and pasta dish. There were fewer than three squid rings well hidden in the pasta. The pasta also had some fried mozzarella discs in it; they were very salty. I'd have preferred more seafood and less fried cheese. On to the service. 5 people got their food at the same time. Then one more person. Then myself and another colleague got our entrees, well after at least two people had completely finished eating! I've never seen such uneven service, especially not at this price point. The second aspect of the service that was problematic was the billing experience. We asked for separate checks, which is not hard in this age of automation. While mine was correct, at least four people had mistakes on their checks. The wait to correct the tickets was as long as the wait for my food. Never once did the waitress apologize. I was feeling somewhat pessimistic at this point, and with so much credit card fraud prevalent, especially when your card is taken to a register out of view, I decided to play it cautious and pay cash. I put down $50 against my $35 check. The waitress returned a $10 bill for change and quickly disappeared before I could point out the error. I walked up to the bar when I could not find the waitress and they remedied this situation. I come to Amarillo a lot for business and dine out at many restaurants in the city. I will not return to this establishment.
