Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

Very good topping selection, the chocolate is very rich just FYI.

I was at work in Amarillo, TX across the side street from Orange Leaf. I spoke on the phone to Nadia one of their employees. She was the most fantastic young lady. She actually met me half way at the end of my companies parking lot with my froyo 🍨 because I couldn't leave work. I was so happy. Way to go Nadia you went above and beyond. I love the coconut.

This place is AWESOME and the staff is very helpful and friendly. One of the cleanest locations I have ever been in. Visited on 7.26.2025

Brody at the Western Street location was extremely polite & helpful. I was very impressed with his work ethic.
Yogurt is extremely overpriced though.

Usually packed. Love the varieties. Pistachio is a must! Also, the pomegranate is amazing. Seating can be hard to find since it's usually packed, but there is outside seating available. Restrooms are usually clean, although there is only one stall. Staff is friendly, happy, and helpful. We love coming here.

The product quality here is always top-notch. The reason for the slightly lower service rating is that sometimes the staff seem disinterested or bored, and occasionally, there is no one present at the front at all. If there are tasks that require all employees to be away from the front counter, it is time to add an employee during peak hours. The atmosphere rating is really just preference. I'm not a big fan of the sterile, plastic furniture. I realize it matches the theme, and it is certainly easier to keep clean, but perhaps an update or refurbishing of the furniture would create a more inviting feel. The chairs at this particular location are looking scuffed and worn.

Parking: Location is at the end of a strip of shops, so there are limited spots at the storefront.

Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair ramp is in a very oddly inaccessible spot compared to the parking. I realize this has nothing to do with the shop itself, we just notice things like that, having an elderly and handicapped family member.

We are visiting in town for a family emergency and Orange Leaf is located next to our hotel. This place has become something the kids ask for every evening because the atmosphere is so family friendly and relaxing and my kids can BREATHE after being locked up in a hospital for hours on end!! The staff are always helpful and enthusiastic and energetic when we come in!
Plenty of toppings to choose from!!

We came in tonight 10 minutes before close, which I know is wrong but we had a craving. Just wanted to say the staff was so nice and did not seem agitated that we came In late at all. They were very kind and treat us well. I don’t know their names but it was 2 men working the store tonight!
