As usual always a nice start to the day. Meet my son for coffee, asked question about coffee weeks ago. Joanna answered with through explanations and very helpfully explained nuances of whys and what fors. Greets us each time we return.

Service and dining area were fine. The coffee was the worst I ever tasted amd the quiche was just as bad. I MUST ADD: the manager was kind enough to reach out to me and apologize . She even refunded the cost of my items. I found that as an outstanding way to make sure her customers were satisfied. I was very surprised and want to thank her for something I NEVER expected. I will eventually give Coffee Palace another visit, hoping to find a brew that I like.

I visited Palace Coffee Company in Amarillo and absolutely loved the experience! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the pastries were fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the visit even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best coffee spots in Amarillo — highly recommended!

This coffee house, yes, is a welcoming home base for superior coffee and friendly staff that draws in the finest people as customers and eventually newfound friends. A relaxing and encouraging space for warm friendships, joyfull conversation, and rewarding memories. Time is well spent, and that ends too soon, and when you leave, you can't wait to return and have more of the same positive experience. The staff genuinely care and freely respond to customers and their coffee and food requests. The coffee beans are roasted in-house, as well as the menu offerings prepared in the onsite kitchen reflecting exceptional quality throughout their production efforts. It is truly an amazing company presentation reflecting the fine art of delivering magnificent coffee, delectable food, and a humanistic openness in encouraging a community of total acceptance and dignified respect. This is one cool coffee place.

We are visiting from out of town and came in for 2 lattes and some food items. Both lattes weren’t very warm and didn’t taste like lattes at all. More like super watery black coffee. Very disappointed especially for what we spent. I didn’t have time to come back after we discovered this after driving off.

I come weekly to get my Aztec Mocha fix. I look forward to my visit as it provides the best atmosphere to get some work done, read a book and unwind a bit! The staff are so friendly and I feel like they genuinely want to provide the best service to everyone that steps through the doors. I know if I ever leave Amarillo, Palace will be one of the places I miss the most!

I just want to say a huge thank you to the honest workers here! I live in Lubbock and was driving through town and decided to stop at Palace coffee as it’s my favorite coffee shop. Anytime we go through Amarillo we have to stop so I can get my iced honey badger latte. On this day, I decided to grab some stuff to go including a sweater and so I went to the cash register to order and somehow during the process I put down my $1500 iPad Pro. I know so stupid of me but pregnancy brain lol I got Home a few days later I went to go grab my iPad out of my backpack and realized it wasn’t there. At this point I’m thinking it’s for sure gone as it’s been a few days. I checked my find my iPad and it shows that it’s still at the coffee shop so I give them a call and to my surprise, they still have it and said that someone turned it in! I was so incredibly blown away as I 100% Just thought it would be a loss. Thank you, thank you thank you so much, Palace coffee!! You’ll never know exactly how Grateful I am. There are certain memories on this iPad that aren’t on my other Apple products I was so sad to have lost. But your workers honesty allowed me to still have them. Thank you so much for being honest and also serving up the best coffee! I will always continue to support palace Coffee.
