Ive been twice now and they have absolutely rocked it. First time we went our friend had her daughter 1 years old, wanting to run around and our waitress was interactive with her and great. Second time we went. We drank and then took our food togo 1 hour before close and it was absolutely amazing. So good even hubby loved it when we got home.

Just received a delivery order for spaghetti and meatballs, (placed thru DoorDash but delivered by a Palio’s employee) the spaghetti and meatballs were in the bag, but not in the food container, it obviously had been dropped and was cold to the touch :(

Pizza is supposed to be ambrosia, food of the gods. Finally, after months of searching in Amarillo I happened to have moved not far from here. Best pixxa I have found in this town. If I were on death row this would be my last meal request. I will be spending many hours here, sampling to my heart's content.
Food was wonderful!! Our waitress Brenda was awesome!! Wings were delish, and my wife loved her sammich and fries. Love their pizzas as well, but we didn't get one this time.

I had an issue with DoorDash that is now resolved. Even though door dash is a third party service. The man I spoke to at the restaurant was very professional and willing to help me and offered to call DoorDash on my behalf. Wish I would’ve gotten his name so I can give him is flowers. I really appreciated his willingness to help me even when the error was not on the stores end. I don’t usually write reviews let alone positive ones but it was refreshing to talk to someone on the phone in the restaurant industry that still cared enough to go above and beyond for a frustrated customer. Thank you sir!
