The omelet here was one of the best I’ve had in a long time—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The ingredients tasted fresh and the portion size was generous. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. This has become one of our favorite places to stop whenever we’re in Amarillo, and it’s definitely worth the visit if you’re looking for a great breakfast.

This is an older generation type place with a lot of locals showing up for breakfast and cross talking between tables. The service was quick and very attentive. My waitress kind of reminded me of Flo on an old TV show. You know your stepping a little back in time with the inside and outside decor.
