SMALL Portions and TERRIBLE customer service!!!
First of all, the entree portions were WAAAYYYYY too small, I barely got 5 pieces of kung pao chicken. Second, I asked for a cup for water and the lady proceeds to shove a medium drink cup in my face. So I asked for a smaller cup and she said she didn’t have any when they were very evidently next to her. Liar 😡! She charged me $2.40 for the drink when all I wanted was water. I told her I said small water cup and she told me I said medium drink when I clearly didn’t. I felt so offended. After I spent my life savings on overpriced food and drinks, I once again asked her for a small cup and only then did she give it to me. When I marched to the drink serving area and filled my cup, she kept staring at me with her scary eyes that seemed to judge my every move. 👀 When I thought I was done dealing with her, as I walked past her on my way to the restroom, she forced her customers to donate their $6 worth of change when they didn’t want to. I felt bad for them. Also, she didn’t give me any sauces for my spring rolls or chicken. When I asked her for some she only gave me one of each when I had ordered a lot of food, and I only got 2 fortune cookies when there were 4 of us. Overall, terrible experience! Will NOT be returning. Thank you 😊

Ordered beef and broccoli and I swear it was 12 pieces of broccoli and 3 pieces of beef. And my large chow mein, 90% cabbage.

I ordered Kung pao chicken and paid extra from black pepper steak which I do not recommend. The steak was minimal and what there was had grissle. Also the veggies consisted of broccoli stalks..no tops at all. Rather eat at the mall Chinese place from now on.

THE ONLY DAY YOU WANNA GO IS WHEN SKY IS THERE!!!! My girl loves this joint, but it was my first time………. Manager I was not the biggest fan due to the smallest request that she said no to…….. which was still executed to the CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION!!!!! So again, the only reason why this review was not a crap one……. Is because of SKY. My message to the manager and Owner of this locations franchise……. आपको उसकी तरह 10 और चाहिए.....
