Placed a rapid pickup, took me longer than I thought it would to get there and since I only ordered 1 sandwich I assumed it would be waiting when I got there but no food bags were in the rapid pickup section, the lady at the counter told me rapid pickup would be placed at the counter instead when it was ready so I sat and waited for 10 mins before wondering if an inconsiderate person accidentally took my sandwich without looking at the name before I got there or if even worse someone stole it knowing it wasn't theirs. I got in line and waited at this point I had ordered my sandwich 40 mins prior and been waiting in the store for 15 mins. I explained to the cashier I think someone stole my sandwich, they confirm from my email what I had ordered, went back to check and came Right back out with my bag of food, I'm like wait...it was here the whole time? Cashier explained the guy was new and put it in the wrong spot.... How can everybody else's order make it to the counter then but one bag? And new or not there's a section Labeled rapid pickup so I don't get how they didn't know where to put the bag of food and somehow decided it should be put behind the counter where it can't be seen. I left trying to hold in tears as I'm pregnant and had been looking forward to this sandwich for 40 plus minutes and I'm thinking I should be patient when it was just sitting there the whole time. Then I go to eat it and I don't taste avocado on an Avocado sandwich...i had to Search for it and found 2 of the smallest slices on each side, that's total not even a half an avocado....very disappointed I love avocado that's the whole reason I got this specific sandwich, and it barely had any on it and that's when I burst into tears in my car in the parking lot of the Panera bread

Half the order was wrong or poorly made. Missed my Mac and I wanted the Mac! No tomato or cheese on the sandwich. Missing dressing and chicken on salad. Had to go back in for soup as well. Not happy!

This was my first time here. The food was good but not worth the cost.
Foods pricy but I usually don’t mind if it’s good I got a turkey bacon sandwich on the menu it didn’t say what sauce came on it but anywhere you go you assume they would put mayo that’s what usually comes on turkey bacon but no it’s some weird bbq mayo sauce why wouldn’t it say that on the menu put it on the menu Panera also barley had any meat I also got the Mexican corn chowder it’s not bad but is lacking flavor I’ve only been to Panera twice both times were bad today I thought I’d give a second change but I won’t make that mistake again last time I went a year ago they took an hour to make our food we had 3 toddlers with us waiting the food finnaly came out our flatbread pizza and soups were cold Especially the soup and they gave our toddler grilled chicken that was still very raw in the middle after waiting an hour with 3 upset toddlers we finnaly get our food just to have to send it back and wait again i will not be going back to Panera

one of my more disappointing Panera Bread visits. I mean, the food is always going to be good, but this location took forever and my soup was cold. a lot of the tables were dirty. and there were flies everywhere. I guess I just hold Panera to a higher standard 🤷

Okay, it is 9 a.m. at Panera. No dark or light roast coffee. Also had to ask for creamer as none is ever out on the counter. It is not like this place is busy. We were so excited when Panera came to Amarillo but I think this inconsistent coffe issue and the food isn't that great, it will probably be the last time I come here.

The only good thing about this place is the food, which is on par at best. The Air conditioner is broken, and you can overheat pretty quickly. The floor is gross, with trash scattered about. The bathrooms are okay, but the floor and eating area make me question the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Came to Panera today for lunch with a friend. Was going to order a sandwich and salad but was told they have no lettuce. How do you not have lettuce??? Also $16.97 for a sandwich and drink is way too much to spend for the quality of food. Will not be returning.
