Update: 04/21/24. This is our 5th time to give Update: 05/21/24 we have now tried this place 5 times. EVERY TIME we have come they have NEVER had in stock the first thing we asked for. Will for sure be the last time here !! Poor customer service. Dirty facilities. We were the only people in there and it still took over 15 minutes to get 2 soups and sandwiches. Very disappointing, we love other Paneras.

The order came out quick, the service was great with amazing service. Not sure if I'm saying the name correctly but it was Joanne or Johanna, she was the manager and working the drive thru. She was very nice, kept us informed on our order and provided our meal in a timely manner. Her service is a big reason we'll go back again!

I wanted Panera. I LOVE Panera. But i am so sad. I had to leave. I asked them to make a sandwich for my daughter. 4 things, they said ok we can make it. Didnt show up on the screen, i went ahead and ordered mine. Asked about the sandwich. They said oh you wanted a sandwich? Yes… you said you can. They said well they dont have that sandwich on the kids menu. Im like thats fine can you make it, do you have the ingredients. Yes we do. Ok great. They start telling me turkey and some other cheese. I said no thats not what i asked for. They said well its different than whats on the menu but we can make it. Ok great, she starts again saying its not on their menu like that is that ok? I think i went around with them asking if they could please make this sandwich whatever its called whatever it costs. They kept asking if it was ok if its called something else. I asked if the manager could just take over. And it was like one of those weird dreams where you think youll get help, but they say the same thing. Then start adding chips im like i dont want chips. They say well its not on the menu like that but we can make it how you want without chips but its called something else.I was SO sad because i absolutely love panera, but this was the most frustrating experience ive ever had. It was comical. But sad. Its panera. Ive never been to a bad panera location. I didnt think it was possible. Wow. So basically i was so frustrated i skipped dinner tonight. Went to wendys for my daughter … zero issues. They actually relieved the stress panera caused.I REALLY REALLY hope this place gets straightened out. Its heartbreaking. I really wanted to eat here. I legit couldn’t get them to enter the order without references and my mothers maiden name. Im not going to try that hard and give them my business after that.

We have always loved Panera and were anxious to try this one. What a disappointment it was. We just had some rolls which were not very fresh and not very hot coffee. Perhaps the most annoying thing was the door. Every time someone would come it it would scrape the floor and screech something awful. Very surprising since the building is quite new. I hope the management does something different? Workers were nice enough.

Walked in at 09:30 on a Sunday. No customers present and 6 workers.Tried to use computer kiosks to order. Didn’t work. Ordered at counter after eventually getting attention of “attendent”.Ordered coffee and a sandwich. Provided a coffee cup and waited for sandwich… and waited. Only coffee urn was room temperature from yesterday. Eventually they brewed new coffee. Eventually sandwich came.I used to like Panera. If this is the “New era at Panera” I won’t be back.

Food and Service were top notch. Facility, though new, was cafeteria style, industrial seating. Easy to wipe clean and stable, but was less than inviting. Would like to see at least one area where you can just sit and relax with a cup of…whatever. Also, it’s a single, large seating area and would appreciate more inventive ways to section off parts for a more intimate dining experience.Parking: Easy access.

The food was good.The service was good.But the thing that struck us as odd was considering how new the building is, it had many obvious problems. The entrance door drug on the floor with a loud screech. It obviously had been doing it a long time by the damage to the floor.The sink in the woman's restroom was coming off the wall.. it had signs of caulking crumbling.The floor had several holes as if railing post had been moved and holes not filled.
No employees. Management on duty ignores customers. pay is way below liveable. First lemonade killing people and now this? Y'all lost a customer. In the staff you do have are sick and sneezing all over the bagels and coughing on the cookies. Which why they're unwrapped is beyond me.Dietary restrictions: They can't guarantee celiac cleanliness

Horrible customer service, also they don't know how to even prepare the orders put in the app. They said they can't see those orders so they didn't have it ready by the time I showed up. And they didn't know how to give a refund through the app either. I don't recommend this Panera location AT
