Papa John's in Amarillo

“The customer service here is amazing. Last week I ordered 2 pizzas, one of which didn’t have the pineapples I ordered on it. Not a big deal, once I noticed I just called to get a refund for the up charge. The man that answered the phone, I’m assuming the manager (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) immediately said he would remake both pizzas for free, either then or at a later time. I chose later & thanked him. Called back today, he said he remembered me & to give him 15 minutes to have the pizzas ready. He even brought them out to me when he noticed I was sitting in my car. Thank you so much once again!“

“I was passing through town and stopped just before closing time to place a carry out order. The night manager and the staff went above & beyond with great customer service and helpful information about the area. I wish I could remember their names, but I appreciated the help and the food was very good also.
