my order sat there for over an hour before you all figured out that doordash did not pick it up. would have been super nice to get a call... we didn't get to eat dinner till after 8:30 at night.

The customer service here is amazing. Last week I ordered 2 pizzas, one of which didn’t have the pineapples I ordered on it. Not a big deal, once I noticed I just called to get a refund for the up charge. The man that answered the phone, I’m assuming the manager (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) immediately said he would remake both pizzas for free, either then or at a later time. I chose later & thanked him. Called back today, he said he remembered me & to give him 15 minutes to have the pizzas ready. He even brought them out to me when he noticed I was sitting in my car. Thank you so much once again!

This Papa Johns Pizza always has great customer service and delicious hot fresh food. Even while having to wait the staff will start a friendly conversation. I usually go late at night and even if they are tired they are all working hard and making great food!

I had ordered pizza from the location on Georgia in Amarillo for delivery and door dash had assigned a driver who then cancelled it right when store was fixing to close. I wanna give a huge shout out to the General Manager of this location for personally delivering my order. Need more managers like that.

I just want to give a shout out to good service after the fact. When I picked up some pizzas the other day, the store was struggling. It was the first Sunday of football season, and a friend who was picking up a pizza there had gotten a wrong order, and I was worried.
My order wasn't ready on time, but it wasn't a big deal. I waited. When the pizzas were done, they tried to give me someone else's wings instead of a cookie. Turns out the cookie wasn't made and I'd have to wait again. I didn't want to, so I asked to remove it. That somehow charged me more because of full menu prices. The general manager, Matt, called me to make things right. The pizzas were great, too, and I went back to Papa Johns within a week. Thanks for the service. I'll be back.

I had a very bad experience with the other store on Bell St. I pre-ordered a pizza on line for later time. I went to pick up at requested time, I got it home and it was ice cold. I called the store and spoke to the manager and I explained to him the problem. He was very rude when he said since I ordered online there was nothing he could do about it. I was flaming hot unlike the pizza. I then called the store on Georgia being outside of my delivery address and asked the manager there was that the truth the other store manager told me,he said no. Not only did he offer to replace my pizza,he gave us a free dessert and a coupon for our next order. He was very nice and helpful. From this point on, this will be my store no matter what! That is how you do business, making sure your customer is satisfied! Thank you Matthew for everything!

man cashed me out at the front then immediately picked up the dough to make my food. if you aren’t going to wash your hands after touching cash, at least wait till I leave.
There great fast the pizza is perfect. I absolutely love The garlic butter sauce I'll give it a 10/10 and a 5 star 🌟 🤩

The call center got our order wrong. The store got our order wrong. And the pizza was the worst I’ve ever had from Papa John’s. A big corporation like papa John can afford to hire 1 extra person so they don’t have to send their calls to a call center. Really how much money do they need for there share holders. Our pizza was terrible. The crust was dry and hard. The associate who helped us was pleasant but frazzled. I have alway liked papa John’s pizza. But this experience was very disappointing.

I ordered two large pizzas. One was standard three topping the other was half cheese only half two toppings. We recieved one pizza as ordered the other was made incorrectly. Instead of half just cheese they covered the whole pizza with one topping and half the other topping. Small mistake no.big deal, called to correct it. The manager was seriously stressed out as I was explaining my issue he started yelling about how I'm talking to fast be quiet a minute etc. Okay maybe I was I stopped and waited for him to talk. Everytime I started talking he cut me off told me he had nothing but new people and they don't know what they are doing so mistakes are going to happen. I told him I understood that and I just wanted it corrected. He sighed heavily and told me that he would correct it and get it to me. I said thank you. He then screamed at me DO NOT HANG UP ON ME! I said I wasn't going to all I said was thank you. He then huff puffed sighed and went over my order again very irritated and we disconnected. I got the correct pizza had a few slices and put the rest away. My needs at the time satisfied and chalked it up to the manger just having a bad day. The next day I heat up the remander to only to find that I'm tasting raw dough. Inspect it and it looks like half cooked correctly and the other half the top was completely raw. So I'm leaving this review. It's too late for a refund but honestly they seem under staffed over worked and when that happens quality goes down. It's too bad when it's done correctly I love papa johns but after all that no more from this location.
