Pho has good flavor, meat was sparing and could be be a bit more or at least slice it thinner to make it look more. I don't mind cutting up my steak meat but I don't want to do that when I eat pho, the pieces of meat should be small or thin so you don't have to bite it or cut it each time you go for a mouthful. I believe Pho 84 is the best authentic Pho restaurant here in Amarillo. All the food selections are delicious! I recommend you go if you want great authentic Pho/ Vietnamese! Try the Oxtail Pho!
