I always pay for extra ham and I never get it. I get barley any that I'm sure isn't even a regular amount. At first I thought it was an honest mistake but it has continued every single time since. This is the 4th time in a row. Also, the 4th time in a row I asked for well done and it's not even regular done. I don't know what has changed in the last month or two but it's gone way down hill. Use to be my favorite location. Now it's the worst.
