I don't know what is going on, but I have ordered from this location for 11 years and have never had any problems. The last 5 times my order hasn't been right. I've ordered pan crust and got hand tossed 3 times. I've ordered Cinnabon frosting that I paid for and got the free Pizza Hut icing instead 4 times. Tonight it was hand tossed instead of pan and we didn't get one of our drinks. I just want what I ordered and paid for. They have my phone number, can they not call to say hey, we are out of xyz, would you like to substitute something else? At least take the extra charge off my ticket!!

Very disappointed in Pizza Hut tonight. Our order was burnt, hard pizza and melts. The chicken wings were dried out and over cooked, and our order was 20 minutes late. The App wants a tip at check out and I always tip. But tonight Pizza Hut was very disappointing.

Lady at the window at Georgia and 25th was phenomenal with the customer service!
3 adults at 11:35. Buffet bar well stocked with Hot Pizza- Yummy. Crispy cool salad with choice of dressing. Very good. Staff kept pizza coming. Friendly. Well worth the low price. Will go back soon. Loved it....
