Very poor customer service, never acknowledged any customer that walked in. Employees walking around seen us but never helped. Only help received was by the delivery drivers. I give my acknowledgement to them.

Well the call center, for what ever reason didn't put my order in. So when I got there, I had to reorder. The Manager was professional apologetic. Took my big order, & got it with in 15min the crew was friendly & place was Clean. Couldn't rate the ambiance because they were empty at the time. The food was Gr8.

Great service the order was was ready when they said it would be! I hadn't been in pizza hut since the remodel. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't just the building that had gotten an upgrade; the staff and quality of the food was so much better than my previous visit! Kudos keep up the good work!

I got the two large pizzas with breadsticks as well as the ranch lovers delivered to my apartment. The pizza was left at the door which was fine cause I had asked them to do that however never got my breadsticks. Which in my opinion is ridiculous because it was part of the special I paid for!

My bestie delivers tall , blonde if u see her delivering your pizza be sure and tip MONA well she cares about getting your food to u on time awesome crazy lady!
