I asked for the pizza to be cooked a little longer and gave a 20% tip for an online order to do so. I get the pizza and it’s not even fully cooked like it would usually be. Literally did the opposite of what I asked after given a tip for literally just doing your job..

I love this pizza, Pizza Hut is by far the best pizza for me and my family. However today was the first time we've dined in at the South Georgia location. The overall vibe is almost that of the old school Hut. But this place was dirty. We were the only people dining in but every single table, chair, floor, all of it was just covered in filth. Sweeping, mopping and dusting should take a priority seat up front behind food quality at this location. If they were cleaner, I'd give them 10 stars!

We ordered the new cheesy bites pizza with pepperoni. We got it home and it was overcooked the pizza bites were burnt the crust was hard and there was hardly any cheese in the cheesy bites because they overcooked it and it all melted out. Usually most of the pizzas I get from here are delicious but this one was not good at all. That being said they gave me a credit for a new pizza.

The curst was supposed to be seasoned on both my pizzas. They both looked like this picture upon arrival! I was very disappointed.
Ordered big box online from 34th st. Got down to Coulter and Hillside to pickup about 5 minutes later. Paid for pizza box and they had it hot n ready in less than 10 minutes of placing order. Pizza, cheesy bread and cheesy Alfredo were all delicious, baked perfectly and order was correct! When does that ever happen?? First time ordering online in the car and will do it again.

Not only is the food delicious and crafted with care, when a mistake was made (and we are all human! It’s not the end of the world in our eyes) the manager did more than we ever expected to make it right!!! A bit of an extra wait time but we are truly appreciative of the customer service we received with our large order. Do not count on your order being ready when ordering from the app. I had ordered 3 hrs before set pickup time. Waited 30 minutes while they fixed the order. I was told they had gotten busy and nothing could be done. Why have the app w/ ability to schedule pickup time when it means you have to wait anyway? Horrible service
