Ordered big box online from 34th st. Got down to Coulter and Hillside to pickup about 5 minutes later. Paid for pizza box and they had it hot n ready in less than 10 minutes of placing order. Pizza, cheesy bread and cheesy Alfredo were all delicious, baked perfectly and order was correct! When does that ever happen?? First time ordering online in the car and will do it again.

Not only is the food delicious and crafted with care, when a mistake was made (and we are all human! It’s not the end of the world in our eyes) the manager did more than we ever expected to make it right!!! A bit of an extra wait time but we are truly appreciative of the customer service we received with our large order. We want to thank you for taking such good care of our order and it was hot and delicious when it came home!! Thank you!!

Do not count on your order being ready when ordering from the app. I had ordered 3 hrs before set pickup time. Waited 30 minutes while they fixed the order. I was told they had gotten busy and nothing could be done. Why have the app w/ ability to schedule pickup time when it means you have to wait anyway? Horrible service

They originally messed up a previous order, and I was very upset over the matter. The manager fixed the problem, and made sure that my next order was done the way I asked, and made sure it was delivered in a timely manner! They asked for a second chance and wowed me so definitely 5 stars!

This pizza was way too high! $7.25 for two 20 ounce bottles of water is ridiculous!!!The pizza and bread sticks were not very good either! Pizza Hut is not what they used to be!!!! Flavorless food and expensive price! Next time we will go elsewhere like MR. GATTIS!!! WE WILL NOT GO BACK TO PIZZA HUT!!!!

Our order by delivery was incorrect last time and we threw out our pizza and assumed this was a one off--we were wrong unfortunately--another incorrect order and the manager I discussed this with was just short of a moron--This is how I remember everything--Anyone have a suggestion for better pizza with better customer service and management?

Everytime I order the BBQ chicken pizza, they only put a little bit amount of BBQ sauce on there. Just a little bit around the edges by the crust. it's like I'm getting inflation on my pizza, it's ridiculous! If I have to pay over $18 for One pizza I should be getting the full sauce all over the pizza. I should have took a picture of it cuz it looks like there was something wrong with the pizza and their was, barely any barbecue sauce on it. I don't know why they are so stingy with their barbecue sauce but I will not be ordering pizza from them again because this is the only Pizza Hut in Amarillo that does this.
