Lived here my whole life and just found this dang place! It’s SO cozy, excellent food, awesome prices, and great service. I know salad is normally an afterthought at a pizza joint BUT- order a salad with jalapeño ranch. You’ll be glad you did. It’s one of the only places in town that our whole family loves. In fact I’ll likely go again this week.

Swung by for a pizza and salad. Good for the soul pizza. Salad was off the chains. Their Ranch dressing is the best. Service was terrific. Try it out. Definitely try the salad.

The last few times we’ve ordered, we’ve noticed our pizzas are smaller than expected. Measured them today for fun and realized we’ve been paying for larges and getting mediums. Not cool and the guy I talked to wasn’t helpful at all.

So shocked at how we are treated by Pizza Planet-Bell. First we don't eat out at restaurants, only a rare instance. Eight months ago we ordered a pizza at Pizza Planet on Bell, that is how often. We have specific pizza order and they have kids working there that have zero care and concern about what they are doing. One time after an order at the pick-up window we were given the wrong order, we didn't check and got home with someone elses pizza. Another time they had to remake the pizza while we waited. Another time they completely forgot to make our pizza and we had to sit in the parking lot while they made the pizza. (these are instances over a 2-3 year span, but we maybe order 1-2 times a year now. Two weeks ago we ordered and got a pizza. Half was cheddar cheese, no sauce no meat nothing else. The other half was something we didn't order at all. I'm really not sure what we got. We called to let the manager know and they said they would have to wait until the next day because it won't show up on their computer since we just ordered, they would check into a refund for us because the pizza was also baked to a crisp. Today we called back, two weeks later because they never followed through. A refund to the CC didn't happen. The person we talked to said "We can't just give free pizza, this has happened to you before, a lot." A LOT? - we ordered almost a year ago and that one was fine, so the last problem we had would have been before that and only one year shows on their past online orders. He said we could order another pizza and pick it up ONLY when he was there because he wanted to make sure that we got exactly what we ordered, again saying they can't just give out free pizza. We needed to order the pizza today or tomorrow, nevermind any inconvenience or the fact we might not want pizza today. I told them we aren't wanting "FREE PIZZA" that is not the type of people we are. To insinuate this to a customer is insulting. I am putting this online, to show the lack of customer service at the Bell Street location. Why do your customers not deserve to get the pizza they order, and not burned or cooked so the crust is not edible, or at the very minimum get what they ordered? I've patronized Pizza Planet since it opened in Amarillo, that is many years. The Paramount location is so much better and truly cares about their customers, but it isn't convenient to us to pick up. I'm guessing we won't be ordering again unless a year from now we are in the vicinity on Paramount. Please stay away from the Bell location, it pretends to be a Pizza Restaurant, but it makes the grade only by aroma alone.
