Finally went to PJs today. Most coffee shops aren’t good at making Cold Brew. The barista at PJs made it exactly to my liking. The Cuban Sandwich there is DELICIOUS!

From the moment you walk into the door, you are greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and smiles of the best coffee shop staff around with a truly welcoming and clean, open atmosphere.
The drink selection is great whether you’re a hardcore espresso fan, or just looking for a sweet treat. They also offer very tasty food items such as lunch sandwiches and the famous beignets.
What truly sets this location apart is the extra care and attention from the owners and their staff. The owners are very involved and dedicated to ensure everything is running smoothly and that the shop is kept clean and tidy as well as making sure customers are satisfied. Every member of their staff is friendly and personable with great attitudes that can only be attributed to great management.

Any coffee shop in Amarillo is a better option. Opened for 2 weeks or not staff and owner very confused!Did not try any food items but the coffee was a huge bust

We already have gone two days in a row.. we got food options as well and those were all delicious. We got the spinach feta croissant, cinnamon roll, Cuban sandwich, and a breakfast sandwich.. all good and quick! All of our drinks so far have been very good and the espresso does not have a burnt taste! We tried their Palmer Teas as well, again all delicious! We will be returning and happy it is so close to home! Customer service was great!!

10/10 experience! Place was clean, lively, bright and over all very nice. Every employee I encountered was joyful, helpful and nice. Coffee was good, fresh and came out quickly. Ran into Mike the owner as he was taking out the trash during closing, nice guy and proud of his business! He was kind enough to chat with me and hear my feed back!
My review will be from the perspective of a creole/cajun living in Amarillo. I think the coffee and the food that me and my wife got were quite excellent. We really wanted to come for the beignets since there really isn’t much Cajun food in Amarillo to offer this delicious pastry. I gotta say they were really good especially having gotten them hot and fresh. They had a good bit of powdered sugar and were very filling.
The only thing I didn’t like about them is that they needed to come on a plate and not a bag. beignets will lose a lot of the powdered sugar if they aren’t in a more flat like surface. Otherwise they all will collect at the bottom of the bag like ours did.
Other than this, the coffee that we both had, S’mores Vent Ice and Pralines and Cream were really good. I do recommend anyone to come eat and get coffee here.

My daughter went and got us all drinks to try the place out for the 1st time the other day, kinda disappointing… when I got my white hot chocolate she brought home the cup was literally only half full. Should not have been half a cup of whipped cream that “melted” then leaving me with half a full price drinke. The drink she got her dad was supposed to be a caramel blended frozen drink.. tasted like bitter strong coffee and nothing else at all and definitely no caramel or sweet taste to the drink at all. He couldn’t even drink it it tasted so bad. Not what we had expected for sure!

My wife and I grew up in New Orleans. PJs has been one of our favorite coffee shops with GREAT coffee. A friend told us that PJs had arrived here in Amarillo?!!?!! That was a wonderful surprise. So we hurried to PJs on their second day of business. The coffee was AMAZING and brought us back to New Orleans. The service was happy, kind and amazing and yes they even had Beignets that were quite the treat! My wife and I highly recommend PJs Coffee in Amarillo!
