PJs Coffee Shop in Amarillo is hands-down five stars! Canton and the whole crew are incredibly friendly, making it the perfect spot to work, study, or even host a small event. The beignets are heavenly alongside their coffee, and I can’t get enough of the Cuban sandwich lunch special. Don’t miss their Southern Wedding Cake seasonal roast. I have to buy in bulk every year! The girl in the front was so sweet , and very helpful as it was my first time here , I got the green tea mojito , and a turkey egg and cheese sandwich. The overall vibe of the place is refreshing, and the menu is so vast you can bring coffee loving friends , or tea loving friends . There is also a variety of food options to choose from .

The staff here was so incredibly helpful and friendly. The coffee was a bit stronger than expected but a worker brought us free beignets! Sat here with friends and worked on homework for about three hours and had an amazing experience
