Great place to eat! The fried avocados are amazing! I remember this place when it was on bell st. My favorite place to eat since I was 15 years old. I'm almost 44 now! So that should say something for the food,and atmosphere.

My waiter was friendly prompt and had some great suggestions for sauces and drinks. He checked on me off and enough to see if I needed anything but never was a bother. The atmosphere is very festive and they have a huge dining area with a small bar. If you do have to wait for a table you can walk over and watch the tortilla machine, it's kind of mesmerizing. They serve you complimentary chips with a big bowl of salsa. My meal was out in less than 10 minutes and very tasty. I had two margaritas and they were reasonably priced. The only reason for a four-star instead of a five is that there was literally no tequila in them, mostly mix and Grand Marnier, I didn't get even a slight buzz. I even added a floater to my second one, But after that I just felt bloated as if I drink too much of something sweet and sugary.

The queso used to be divine, now it's disappointing. Just runny, tasteless, thin cheese on top of the food and with the chips ☹️. Hopefully they go back to the old queso recipe, or I won't be so excited to dine here!
