Kristen was amazing serving our food tonight! We complained about an issue with the food and she made it right.

4th time to use Coulter tonight.. 3 prior times order issue but ok I’ll take a chance…roughly 20 minutes to get order thru drive up.. only to get home… not what I ordered…and was cold…usually go to Bell and have never been disappointed… no more chances for Coulter… I hate to complain but tonight was it… tried to return .. door was locked… told to go thru drive up… line was too long… really sad

This Popeyes location will only get your drive thru order right 50% of the time if your lucky. Tonight was no exception. Ordered a two piece dinner with a breast and thigh. Got home and had a thigh and leg.
The food is good but the employee's just don't care. I blame that on management.

Absolute garbage operation at this location. Garbage.
I have ate all day. I was just in line. I waited 16 minutes.. the line never moved. The people infront of me. Said they had been waiting for a minute. Come on do better people
This is totally Unexpected, We arrived at drive thru at 12:10 pm tried to order spicy chicken, we we’re told they only had regular right now. What it’s lunch time who dropped the ball here, very disappointed in this location. Plus it’s unfair when you choose a place to eat at it’s a zero, when there are so many other choices around you. Thanks Popeyes for ruining my Lunch .

Popeyes is a tradition for me and my people. Need I say more?
Vegetarian options: I wouldn't know. I'm a carnivorious meat eater.
Dietary restrictions: I wouldn't know anything about that either. my hereditary diabetes gift must be coming in late.
Parking: It's the one on Coulter Street in Amarillo Texas.
Man...that joint is jumpin.!
Kid-friendliness: Yeah they like the brats alright.
Wheelchair accessibility: I would hope so. People in wheelchairs gotta eat too.

I don’t really know how to describe the way my wife was treated at Popeye’s on Coulter today. We normally do not eat at “fast food” places, but today fried chicken sounded good for lunch. We decided on Popeye’s. We drove up to the speaker and voiced our order, then drove around to pick it up. After picking it up, as we were driving away, I noticed the receipt was nearly $60! I told my wife, and she pulled around, and she went in to see where the mistake was. She told the young lady the problem, and she went to talk to another lady, who appeared to be the manager. This lady, in a very rough and aggressive manner, told my wife that it was my wife’s problem and said “nothing could be done because we drove away from the window”. She was very rude and dismissive. My wife, who is not one to cause a scene, returned to the car with tears in her eyes.
I just wondered what has happened to courtesy and “the customer is always right” attitude. My wife never raised her voice or made any demands, and was treated very poorly. Does this seem to be the customer approach that you have experienced at this particular Popeye’s?
Please do not offer me the same "canned" response I have read for every complaint. It shows everyone you don't care

I have craved Popeyes for a while now I've been to this location three different times and have ordered a three-piece chicken tender, I like the barbecue sauce with my fries as well I ask for four or five barbecue sauce. I am then told they can only give me two, because the chicken tenders don't even come with barbecue sauce. And then I was like I'm willing to pay for it and I'm told we're not allowed, corporate hasn't given us a button to do that. So my question is to Popeye's corporate How is it every food chain in America can get on board with charging for sauce or giving sauce literally barbecue sauce but you can't??? How are you going to put a new policy into place, and not give a solution to fix it. I refuse to go back to Popeyes now It's just ridiculous that one location is refusing to give out barbecue sauce because it's not part of their meal, but the store across town will. This place is a joke.
