Went in ordered and the male manager stated I had my order ready. I repeated it to him and he said it was there . I got back to house in canyon 20 miles drive one way and he got my order wrong . Drove back in a DIRT wind storm 70 plus mph wind . The manager stated I didn't order the correct food. This is the third or fourth time the order they give you is wrong . You order the special wings they put them in one box ,if you order two box specials. You get home and you have one box not two meals for two people. I got 3 red beans and rice but one shrimp tackle box special he screw up the order. I ordered two shrimp box that were on special .I'm tired of dong the survey and nothing is being corrected because both owners mgr ,(male and female) failed to correctly do the job. Sorry

Placed a mobile order, made sure they were open before placing it. Their hours on here say they close at 11pm. Got to Popeyes around 10:25 and they said they had closed and don’t have control over the mobile orders. Either fix your app or stay open during your hours of operation.

Don't go here if you want the food you actually order. I went through the drive thru. I asked for a 12 ps family meal tender, and when I got my order, it was a 12ps regular boned chicken. And then I went to call the location after and I sat on the phone for 10 mins while it ringed and nobody answered.

Last night I made a mobile order to be picked up at 7:30 pm & that was good but getting home they didn’t put any of our fries in the bag - I live on Washington so had to get on I-27 took 10 mins to get there, walked up to the door & the lobby was CLOSED at 8pm !! - So I knocked & was instructed to go through Drive Thru but I was like “nah y’all forgot stuff I’m not gonna wait in line behind 3-4 cars to get something y’all need to fix now”, so the young man let me in & I walked to the counter & the Manager & I guess shift manager was there up front & I told them they had forgot my fries. The shift manager lady argues with me that she put the fries in the bag because she bagged it !! So I reassured her she didn’t & they tried to give me a larger fries & the manger says “okay we are even” & turned around - I said “Nope, you forgot my fries on my 3 tenders meal, 5 tender meal & my 18 wing meal !!” & grabbed my receipt annoyed & the shift manager lady argues “I know I put those in there” & he says “this was at 7:30 ?!” I said “uhh yeah !!” So he give me another large fries put the receipt on the counter & turns around & doesn’t acknowledge me anymore - I asked “are you the manager ?” He ignores me & I asked again “are you the manager ??” & he said “who me !?…. Yeah !!” - I said “this is terrible customer service” before I even finished saying that phrase, he had already turned around & was looking at the receipts hanging on expo position & ignored me again. I paid $65.00 for forgotten food for my 3 year old that was home having to wait for a mistake they made, treated BADLY & drove home to eat some hot fries with cold wings !!! PLEASE DON’T COME HERE & IF YOU DO - PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOU BAG BEFORE LEAVE & MAKE SURE THEY DID THEIR JOB RIGHT 👍🏽 cause they won’t, YHEY AREN’T GONNA DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE WRONG NO REFUNDS, GIFT CARDS, PIES, NOTHING & all your gonna get the same message - THANK YOU FOR BEING A VALUED CUSTOMER AND FOR TAKING THE TIME TO SHARE YOUR FEEDBACK CRAP !!
love Popeyes chicken! One of my favorite fried chicken places. But, every time I have gone there over the last several years, they have always been out of SOMETHING. Drink machines not working, out of tenders, but have bone in, or vice versa, ect .. and they almost never give you the sauces you ask for. A couple of times I got some sauce, but it was wrong, and good luck ever getting honey and butter for your biscuits. Their decline seemed to start around covid and they have struggled to recover much since then. it's a shame. if you get a craving for Popeyes, keep it simple and go with a bucket of bone in. that's the most likely thing they won't be out of.

Came at 7:55 pm on Thursday and lobby was locked up and closed. Posted hours says 9pm. What kind of store is this manager and crew running here? This place is already way below average.

90 percent of the time we go here it’s hit or miss if our order is correct. We always get an 8 piece with the two breasts mild and the rest spicy. Is that so hard to understand? Tonight my husband had to tell the guy 3 times before he got it right!!!
