A Genuine Tex-ASS Barbecue. food terrible, but service and workers really nice. we came for a brunch around 11:20, sat immediately, got brisket and ribs along with mac n cheese. food came within 10 minutes, but the mac was cold already by the time it got to us, the brisket was 90% fat 10% meat, but we were told it was fatty. Ribs came, it was well cooked and falling off the bone but were as dry as possibly it could be, almost hard to shallow.
TL;DR: Good service, bad food, go with friends, but not to eat.

We were just passing through and discovered this place. Excellent BBQ!! Had the Brisky Mac Pie and my wife had the Squealer Mac. Both were excellent. We shared the Chicharrones and Green Chili Hominy. They were the best we have ever had. The Chicharrones were so fresh they were still popping when they brought them out to us. If your passing through Amarillo this place is worth the stop. We will definitely be back.

THE NICEST SWEETHEARTS EVER! Walked in for the first time and was greeted nicely with joy and she showed me the menu and help me out every question i had , And the food is amazing!! i got The PNT Popper burger with a side of Raspberry jam ! definitely bringing myself and family next time!

Amazing meats, seasoned and smoked to perfection. Best onion rings with thick crispy batter. Also cheesecake! Easy access from 40... worth 5 min out of your way. Soooo good!

Absolutely loved the huge tasty ribs. Juicy and mouthwatering smoked deliciousness! And OMG I could've eaten an entire plate of onion rings. Not sure what's going on here but they were the best I've ever had. The Mac and cheese was off the charts as well. I prefer the fattier brisket.

As folks staying in the area for an extended time, we tried a bunch of great bbq. This place was outstanding. The ribs and hominy were our top 2 picks, but the rest did not disappoint, including the fresh pork rinds. Don't be scared at the drive past the deserted parking lots...I will dream of these ribs when we're gone.
