This is about as authentic a BBQ joint as you can hope for. Food was good but not hot so 4/5 stars. You order at the counter they bring it out. Full bar available. Clean but dark. Worth the drive

we came for a brunch around 11:20, sat immediately, got brisket and ribs along with mac n cheese.
food came within 10 minutes, but the mac was cold already by the time it got to us, the brisket was 90% fat 10% meat, but we were told it was fatty. Ribs came, it was well cooked and falling off the bone but were as dry as possibly it could be, almost hard to shallow.

We were just passing through and discovered this place. Excellent BBQ!! Had the Brisky Mac Pie and my wife had the Squealer Mac. Both were excellent. We shared the Chicharrones and Green Chili Hominy. They were the best we have ever had. The Chicharrones were so fresh they were still popping when they brought them out to us.
If your passing through Amarillo this place is worth the stop. We will definitely be back.
