Omigosh! Traveling Colorado to Oklahoma frequently, we like to find unique places to dine. No chains or franchises. This place was PERFECT! I’ve been hungry for a legit Italian sub, and WOW! My husband had the hot beef sandwich, and loved it. Lots of food, amazing onion rings, fast and friendly service. My new “have to stop here” spot.
Departed Amarillo for greener pastures months ago, but I felt the need to go back and give Fidel and his establishment credit for providing an authentic Italian Beef sandwich in the armpit of Texas. I lived in Amarillo for 3 years and the closest thing to Italian beef I found made me wake up expecting a parasite to burst forth from my gut.
