Our early morning fight was canceled so we went to the Tailwind for breakfast. It took over 45 minutes to get the meal. Then the meal looked cobbled together. Burnt toast and scorched eggs. Not a very good experience.

When I show up in an airport at 6 AM for a flight I never expected food to be palatable or even present. This airport was a exception to the rule. I ordered one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. The muffin was perfectly cooked slightly Chris, the egg was fresh peppered and perfectly salted and the sausage patty was tasty. The friendly service was fantastic and I walk out of that airport and all of my flight with a smile on my face

Imagine a place that doesn't worry about customer service or timeliness due to being the only option. Amarillo Airport take a hint and get a business that cares about your customers.

Food is decent. But getting to that point is a challenge. Took a while to get service as the bartender was deep in convo w other patrons. Once he walked over, I asked for a menu. He stated it was on a screen on the wall. That happens to have a huge glare from the lights so you have to walk over to it. The description of the food was so small, it wasn't legible from afar, so I asked for the ingredients of the burrito. He told me to walk over to the front of the stand (and pick up all my things and drink because I'm not leaving it at the bar) so I said wow. This is inconvenient. He finally found the energy to tell me the ingredients. Then when I ordered, he told me I have to go over to his register to order because he didn't want to yell across the bar. (Who would think to use an order pad or napkin, right?). So,8 picked up my things and walked over to the register to order a chicken burrito. In closing, I feel this could be an easier experience for the traveler. In many ways.

Sat down to order a drink... chose a Bloody Mary. After charging me $15 Myra pulled out her phone to google "How to make a Bloody Mary". She stated this and margaritas are the only two drinks she doesn't know how to make. Researched for about 10 minutes and finally walked across the hall to ask the lady working the souvenir shop to teach her how to make one of the most basic drinks. Less than one shot of vodka was poured into my drink due to that being all the vodka they had. At least offer me a different drink....Needless to say I will not be back for a $15 cup of tomato juice that took an hour to make. This review is not a reflection on the lack of knowledge the employee had, but the lack of training the management had given this employee. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!! This is the front line representation of your brand and company. Do better!

If I could have less than a star.... PROBABLY THE WORST PLACE I EVER BEING TO... I order a Cuban sandwich while I waited I asked the cashier if I could have a glass with ice for my Pepsi, which she replied I AM BUSY NOW...Then I waited...I saw my flight was getting ready to board...I asked once...Excuse me my flight is boarding, do we know if my order will take long? No response... I ASKED TRHEE TIMES AND THE COOKER KEPR IGNORING ME. I requested a refund and the cashier laughed saying "well you still have to wait for a Manager"... I LEFT WITH NO FOOD AND NO REFUND. I feel sorry for anyone who visit this junk. This idiots don't understand it is an AIRPORT. PEOPLE ARE RUSHING

Awful awful! This was terrible food, I ordered a pizza and they didn't even cook it all the way, the dough was still raw.

This resturant has locations both before security and inside the secure area. The menu is very limited and is primarily sandwiches. I had the hamburger, which was good other than being a little too well done. The fries were very good. Prices are normal for airport food. You order and pay then you pick up from counter. Service was fast enough.

Absolutely gross! I got a chicken burrito the rice wasn't cooked and the tortilla was cold all for 12 bucks. Play it safe and get chips. The worst airport food I've ever had.

Wow. Had nachos. It was recommended over burger. Asked if I wanted them loaded. Lettuce tomato sour cream pico. I ordered beef. They came out as chips and cheese with some type of meat might have been beef. BBQ taste. Nothing else. Pretty nasty two bits and done. Service was same as food. Drink was ok rum and coke.
