How very sad. New management. New kitchen staff. We were here for 2.5 hours waiting. One meal the kitchen forgot the lobster completely. Waited another 30 minutes to get that. Steak was burnt to a crisp. Waited anotherrrrrr 30 minutes to get a rare steak out to us. Waited over an hour after our waitress said she would refill our water for that to actually happen…. And then they threw a fit when we had to ASK for a discount for the complete headache we went through. This has been our favorite spot to go for YEARS. We won’t be back for quite some time. Really hope they work out all the kinks, and take care of their customers better in the meantime.

Lilli was the only reason we enjoyed our visit. Ridiculously over priced food that was mediocre at best. The once iconic Red Lobster is now an absolute joke. How the new owners have ruined one of the greatest restaurant chains in history is a sad yet spot on example of the destruction of our once great nation.
