I decided to treat myself with a delicious steak for my birthday, as I was spending the day by myself. The bartender, Jennifer, recognized it was my special occasion and went above and beyond by making a special request just for me. To my delight, three amazing individuals appeared, singing a lovely birthday song! Despite having a challenging day, Jennifer's caring gesture completely transformed my experience and made it infinitely better. I truly appreciate Jennifer for her remarkable qualities—her passion, genuine care for others, and unwavering integrity. Thank you, Jennifer, for making my birthday memorable!

Made reservations 2 weeks in advance for private party room for birthday. called the Thursday before to verify waitress said all is good. Saturday 11/16 we get a call from our assigned waitress that the room had been booked early and hopefully the party would be done by 5. They were not done so had to sit in the restaurant at one long table. so appreciated her calling to warn us and staff was great but not happy at all. Whoever booked the room at 3 was not very diglent in assuring it was ready for the 5 party. No apology from owner or Management and no compensation.

We can't come to RRSteak house because during to after lunch hour the piped in music is very loud which just a handful of people in the restaurant. We don't go on the weekends because the live music is so loud that sitting across the table from friends we can't even talk till they stop playing. Then we have to hurry up and say what we're saying till the music starts again. The music is way too loud to talk and enjoy visiting. So Monday -Wednesday at 4:30 pm is the only time we try to go but then the piped in music is still loud till we ask if they could please turn it down for a bit. We hurry to eat or take it home.sad!

My first time here coincided with Saturday Prime Rib Special Night and it did not disappoint. The food was great and the complimentary cobbler was a great way to end a fantastic meal. Returned on 10.12.2024 and got served by Joanie. The Chicken Fried Steak she recommended was AWESOME!!

To start out. The fries and orka were over cooked and cold. Fish was great just darker then I like but it was al least hot. ( we were told they were short a cook ....ok... but when the manager was eating out of the olive tray at the bar with her hands and licking her fingers like kinda made you lose your appetite anyway....but get rid of that band. A loud band doesn't need in a small place. You couldn't talking to the people around you plus they sure aren't dinner listening band. Won't go back or recommend this place. Sad cause it was a dear friends birthday.

Food was ok. Some of the staff act like they don't want to be there. We went on a night that there was musicians playing and it was too loud for our taste we couldn't have conversations. We would eat here again but not when there is live music.

I placed my order to go and was sent a message saying it would be ready to pick up at 4:32. I walked in the door at 4:32 and waited by the front counter for close to 10 minutes as a line formed behind me of other customers. Finally someone saw me and brought my food from the back. It was a large sack with two Styrofoam to go containers. When I opened them at the house I realized they had not included my baked potato and the chicken fried steak was on the small side and room temperature. I suppose my long wait at the front was to blame for that. I ate the steak and the cobbler but it was not much of a meal without the potato. I've tried to contact them with the two numbers that were made available to me. My messages were unanswered. all in all it was a disappointing experience.
