I stopped in for a to go order. I walked in and I was greeted with a welcome and a smile! Normally with to go orders my hopes are not high. This restaurant put did themselves tonight! Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Joseph brought my bag out to me. Went over everything in the bag and even made my drink for me when I walked it. Keep up the great work everyone?/!

Compated to previous menus and visits to other Red Robin stores, this was a bit of a diappointment. Our server did the minimum to get us seated and take our order, then kinda disappeared.
I love the Whiskey River burger, but this one seemed anemic in taste and somewhat overstuffed. Also, it took about 5+ minutes once we walked in to be greeted and seated. Maybe they were having a bad day, maybe their management needs training in practical leadership.

I used the app and made a mistake on my order while visiting Amarillo. The manager Nathan was extremely helpful, friendly, and understanding, even though I was the one that made the mistake. Joseph answered the phone and helped me as well, he was great. I definitely recommend this restaurant, not just for the amazing food, but for the amazing service.
