Needed a place to stop and finish a few work things while in town and would definitely come back.

I’m not giving this five stars simply because the sugar-free syrup options were very limited. However, it is a really unique and quaint location. I would not say they had a huge choice and tease, but it wasn’t terrible. I ended up getting the green tea with honey and ginseng and my husband got the cool cold brew with espresso shots laced with vanilla and caramel syrup. We both enjoyed our drinks. Also noticed on the menu they had Italian sodas as well as different kinds of fruit purées.
I have been going to Roaster’s for over 20 years. They have always been consistently good, make amazing drinks…but best of all are the baristas. Some of the best customer service in Amarillo…. And definitely the best coffee!!
