I’m not giving this five stars simply because the sugar-free syrup options were very limited. However, it is a really unique and quaint location. I would not say they had a huge choice and tease, but it wasn’t terrible. I ended up getting the green tea with honey and ginseng and my husband got the cool cold brew with espresso shots laced with vanilla and caramel syrup. I have been going to Roaster’s for over 20 years. They have always been consistently good, make amazing drinks…but best of all are the baristas. Some of the best customer service in Amarillo…. And definitely the best coffee!!
