I am in the drive up line, and after 25 minutes, I am still behind 10 cars, I can see a sign that says "order at the window". So I had to be there for a good part of an hour in a drive through line. Not good. They should have someone come outside and take orders like Chick-fil-A. Never been here before, so not a good first impression.

Wasn't a good experience. I gave the place 3 chances since I worked so close to the location. And every time it was a disappointment.
The taquitos always tasted a day old. Like, how do you do that? Burnt and dry. And I tried several different kinds. It's like just constant day old bread but instead it's taquitos. The next few times I went there, I brought my own food with me when others I knew were eating at Taquitos.
The staff themselves were sometimes rude. My first experience with them as the business next door they would throw all their trash in there. Without a care in the world. Just because they didn't want to pay for their own dumpster. When you came in, they would just sorta nod and a soft welcome you. Wasn't super inviting.
The place itself was always clean, I will give them that. But they were always dead too. Probably pretty easy to keep a place clean if you don't have customers.
Oh, and as icing on the cake, co-worker of mine got banned from their Facebook since they compared them to Whataburgers colors. I mean, if you didn't see the words what would you think? That's super petty of Roll em up to do that.
Lastly, I heard when they shut down, didn't even give the employees notice. Just a bye and a swift boot.

I liked roll em up and one of my kids really liked it. It unfortunately seemed that it wasn’t ran by someone that knew what they were doing, and the food was a bit too expensive. On top of those issues, the location keeps having failed businesses there. The people who worked at the store were nice but whoever ran the store was basically a ghost and would never respond to any type of inquiry.

This is the worse food I have ever tasted. what is this Jamaicanfood? why did you play Jamaican music. This place over charges the food. because it is so bland. and I got burnt taquitos. you are out of stuff. what kind of place is this. You won't last very long! and your so called Street Corn was not made right. Dipping it in butter with parmesan cheese was nasty!!

Went through the drive thru the young man was patient as I told him this was my 1st time there and wasnt sure how or what to order. I ordered three 2 packsand the drink i wanted for each. I also ordered a 2pack by its self and a cup of corn. We ate in the parking lot and realized we didn't get the donuts that came with the combo. I went back through the drive thru and spoke to the polite young man I had questions and he explained that I didn't SPECIFY I wanted combos. As I continued asking questions the manager came on the speaker and raised her voice at me. I was not asking for money back or product for free. She was rude and condescending. I decided to go inside. I said hey let's just have a conversation. She was rude yet again and asked me why would I expect a combo if I didn't specify which what she was insisting. The young man agreed with me that It was my first time there and I sounded a bit confused while ordering. I explained to Ms Alissa that in other restaurants the employee usually asks would you like the combo as a courtesy to make sure we get the best deal. Ms Alissa was again rude and condescending. I asked for a phone # I for corporate or her boss ahead said look it up online. I just left I've never been treated so rude or stupid from a fast food employee. I didn't raise my voice or cuss at all. The young man looked dumbfounded. Common curiosity is lacking by your manager. And you will definitely loose business treating people like idiots.

it’s decent, but not necessarily worth it. food is ok, but pretty overpriced for what you get, and the service is pretty poor. employees act annoyed and inconvenienced at all times, even when you’re just placing your order. drive through takes absolutely forever with no one inside or at the window to greet you, process a payment, or even give you your drink. the place has a lot of potential, but the service especially makes it disappointing.

I could barely hear them through the speaker and I thought they told me the price so I said thank you. I pulled forward. Sat and waited a moment. Guy opens the window and says “yeah you drove off without telling my employee if you wanted flour or corn tortillas” and I laughed at myself cause it was a dumb move of me and said sorry. He stood their stone cold face. Which immediately made me feel awkward. He then kept shutting and closing the window to ask me questions. He was acting annoyed with me as if I put them at such a big inconvenience. I won’t be going back. That place doesn’t get much business anyway. They’ll be out of business like all the previous places that were there, soon.

ANTS IN MY CUP!!!!! Came to eat there and food was decent but not for the price. I went to get a refill on my cup I opened my lid and found out I have been sipping on ants!!! Manager said it was the cup but I was the only one affected? No they don't clean their soda machine and it really makes me wonder how well that kitchen is cleanedand how many bugs live in there?? Don't come here it's not worth it.
