Though its location isn’t ideal for road trippers, Rooster’s Cafe is a genuine diamond in the rough, and more than worth the stop. The chips and salsa brought to the table were excellent, and among the best you’ll find anywhere. We got the burger and bean and cheese burrito, and it was immediately evident that everything on the plate was made from the best quality ingredients. We love all the food at Roosters. This place is usually busy and rightly so. Their tomato soup is yummy, salads (must try all, lol), and the pie is delightful. Honestly you cant go wrong, cute, locally owned.. a true gem.
Wow, this cafe is great! Very cozy interior with really nice outdoor alleyway seating. You can tell the owner puts their heart into the food here. Quiche, soup and pie were all fantastic. I love little gems like this place, definitely worth a visit.
