Rosa's is very consistent from location to location. Good "almost fast" food that's better than fast food places. It's worth the stop just to get a dozen fresh made tortillas.
What's a Rosa's Cafe without friendly Texans? A New mexico restaurant. ( If you have ever been to a restaurant in New Mexico you know what I mean) Lol

We have found several things we really enjoy here, beef fajitas, queso, tortillas... Not as big of a fan of the ground beef.
Took a star off because there is a woman at the counter I always try to avoid but can't seem to. She is always telling me what and how to order. If I wanted kids meals, I'd order them. It happens every time. I do not need to explain myself, I do not need to tell you "no, I do not mean the kids meal, I mean the #40, like I ordered."...
