I was out and about the other evening and my wife texted and said to stop somewhere and get her 3 soft tacos so I went to Rosa's drive thru and got 3 soft taco's and 3 crunchy tacos and a mild salsa and a hot salsa. Got to the window and they told me it would be $22! I told them I didn't want the dinners, just the tacos. They said "yes sir, that'll be $22!" I thought they must be bigger type tacos. They weren't! 6 scrawny tacos for $22! I asked them if they got the 2 salsas in the bag and they said they did. Got home with my 6 skimpy, basic taco's and one 'hot' salsa! Won't be back! There's a lot better or equivalent out there for half the price!

It seems like every other time i order here they always get the wrong order and i have to go back. Its a shame because their food is decent for what its worth, just wish there was better staff or training.

I wanted chips and queso which are my go-to item there.. This time I saw queso nachos on the menu and thought that'd be perfect.. I kid you not, only about 3 chips in these "nachos" had queso on them... Chips were also very stale... What a waste, I should've stuck with chips n queso so I know how much cheese I'm getting. They are really skimping lately in areas they never used to.. Disappointing.. Had issues last time also.. I was the only person in line at like 2 in the afternoon.. ordered 1 plate, I think tacos. They made me pull around and park... by the time I parked, they were bringing it to me.. No other cars had come through after me.. Really pointless to make people park when it's dead.. Plus, they forgot my hot salsa I had requested.. but I wasn't going to drive around again. Do better Rosa's.. Used to be top notch!
The place doesn't know the difference between tacos, burritos or fajitas. Asked for chicken chimichanga got tacos with just chicken? Asked for taquitos got three beef tacos?If I ever go back I'll probably order one of the numbered specials I guess so I know exactly what I'm getting.

I find this to be a good value. They were very busy on a Sunday after church cashier's could have been a little bit more friendly but understand how busy they were nothing bad.
