We recently had dinner at Sai with friends while visiting Amarillo. It was the great reviews that took us there, but it was the incredible food and impeccable service that made us want to come back again!
Our server was helpful in explaining menu choices, food came out with the perfect amount of heat (or not!) that we each requested and ALL the flavors were astonishing! Absolute perfection!

This is the only Indian food I will even consider going to in Amarillo. Every dish is amazing, and the buffet has a large variety of their most popular menu items for a great price! Definitely get the mango lassi if you go.
