The customer service was horrible. The girls there were rude and snippy. We did not eat there because of the girls attitude so we left. We were not impressed with the over all experience of this place and it was our 1st time here. With this being our 1st, I asked questions and the girl at the counter acted like it was a bother me asking.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced the girls making the orders will literally sit there and talk instead of trying to get orders out. I think that’s very unprofessional. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes for a Salad

The manger or whoever was in charge was super rude. When we were ordering she kept cutting us off, this was our first time trying salad barn so we were unfamiliar with where drinks were. When my husband asked for a drink she rudely said it’s over there. She seemed very annoyed by the time we stepped in. If she was not having a good day I understand but when you work in customer service you always put on a smile and seem happy to be there.
Our first time to eat here. Salads were delicious. Will be back.

Great place! Somewhere in Amarillo where you can get a great, fresh salad. Healthy snacks, great drinks besides just sodas with lots of sugars and calories. Wonderful juices and infused waters. Toast and bagels are one of my favorites. So glad Amarillo has something with fresh salads made when you order, and not sitting and pre made. Very impressed!

My husband and I love it here! We have done both take out & I went in and ordered one day. Fun atmosphere, clean, friendly service. The salad bowls are awesome. Great menu several drink options along with other snacks, etc.... We want to try more!
