I am pleased Amarillo has a healthy fast food, drive-thru dining option. I ordered the Sunshine Salad. Portion was ample, ingredients were fresh and the different taste combination was satisfying. I stopped for another meal...just needed something light to get me through the afternoon...green juice. It was refreshing. Service was great, and staff were friendly and cheerful. Definitely my new go-to for quick, healthy food.

The ranchero salad is the best! I love that you can order online for pickup and get it from the window on busy days. They even gave my puppy a treat through the drive thru which she loved. I’ve been back every week :

1st time customer today and LOVED it. I got the build your own and made it into a wrap (which was a happy surprise), my friends got the Ranchero and the River. All good feedback. Salads were huge and there were so many options and modifications available. So glad this is what replaced clean juice because I was sad to see a healthy place go when there aren't many places like that here and will definitely be frequenting here.

Salad Barn is a light, airy and inviting space. The people working there are very kind and supportive of customers while they sort through the many menu options. The result was a delightful salad.
