I placed online order for cinnapecanbons at 10:38 am, to be picked up at 1:45 pm. Thinking this would give them plenty of time to get them ready.
I arrived at 1:37 pm, and let them know at the drive up that I was there. Told at the window they didn't have my order. Showed email confirmation. Girl said that the rolls were not ready, that they get no info on an order til the pickup time. I call BS. If that were the case, NO orders would ever be ready.
Waited at window for >10 min, then asked to pull around to back of store and waited another 10 min before they were brought out.
What I got was 12 leftover rolls that were hard and dry.
DO NOT ORDER from this store. I bought these as gifts for my neighbors. What a total waste of money. More than $40 out the window or into the trash.

The pizza and chicken avocado is delicious! There's enough to eat and have some left over for dinner. It buy one get one free on the pizza. The crust was even tender and perfect. We sat out in the sun today because it gorgeous out on this November day! Plus. I had this great guy with me!

The schlotzskys on Ross is the best one in Amarillo!! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They work really well together as a team and it shows! You can tell they're having fun back there too! Especially the day time people and that little lady in the kitchen that is always singing!

I went to the drive-thru and ordered an original. It came out fairly quickly and the guy in the drive-thru was super nice. If you're tired of burgers and hot dogs, don't forget the uniqueness of Schlotzsky's. Their bread is to die for. If you've never been before, make sure to give them a try soon. You won't regret it!
Great food as usual, and as usual I hate the way their drive thru is built. The only aspect I have an issue with is as stated, the drive thru is not a big enough problem to deter me from return visits. The food and staff are always above and beyond excellent.

Ordered a turkey avocado sandwich. So bland and tasteless. Sandwich was a decent size buy it didn’t taste like anything and it was expensive. Hubby got a calzone his smelled and looked great. Maybe I just ordered the wrong item. Employees were nice and restaurant was clean.

Let’s kick this off from here, the atmosphere was a basic sandwich shop nothing too special, good spacing between tables which little better than other sandwich shops.
Onto the service that was quick for service, the ordering experience was basic nothing exciting. No offers of anything special.
Finally finally the Food, I went with someone who had Schlotzsky’s before so I had an upper hand. I went with their guest favorite The Original sandwich. The freshly baked bread 9.5/10, the meats were premium not those normally grocery store cold cuts 10/10, the sandwich as a whole amazing 9.5/10. The chip selection was good and unique as well! Must try, I need these around where I live!!!
