These people cannot make a take-out order correctly to save their lives. Every single time I order pick-up, the food is made incorrectly. They're also rude and unpleasant to be around. Sloppy.

Placed a to go order this evening. On the ticket it shows everything correct. Food was NOT. Requested NO sauce on sandwich - got it anyhow. This was for a person who gets sick if he eats it. Ordered California chicken avocado flat bread. Got chicken flat bread. Spent $63 + tip. Two out of four made wrong. Do better next time.

It was very very unpleasant the kitchen was a mess the customer service just wasn't there the team members didnt look happy about being there the food was sloppy when brought out to us I love schlotzskys I always go to Puckett but tonight just ruined it for me I wont be coming back to this location poor management needs to do alot better!!!!! The store looks horrible

We were traveling thru looking for drive-thru places. This says drive thru & it is NOT, but, before discovering that, we already scoured Google maps menu & picked orders because I'm that person who likes to be prepared when I walk into new places plus everything sounded good. The second I was acknowledged by the girl at the counter, she seemed, to me, immediately vexed by my presence. I ordered the Tuscan which, again, was on their menu on Google maps, & she looked confused. She asked an older lady that came from the back & she told me they don't make it anymore. So I learned to not trust Maps menu. The lady was really nice & went to find a current sandwich that was like the Tuscan. While she did that I ordered another sandwich, a drink & a Cinnabon. The lady returned & recommended a sandwich which I later enjoyed. I filled my cup waited for my order which was brought by another girl who also seemed nice. So mostly everyone was sweet & food was pretty good. I might try them again.

The Sandwich was decent but the Mac n Cheese I ordered was watered down it was like a soup. Probably won't ever go there again.
We ordered delivery through the Schlotzsky’s app and received our food about 40 min later. The drinks were unfortunately forgotten and I called to inform them we didn’t receive our drinks. The manager Jennifer offered to personally deliver them herself to make things right. I appreciated that more than she knows! Great customer service. Thank you again Jennifer!!

The girl in here taking orders this evening was literally the sweetest person ever. She was kind and friendly to every single person who came up to order. Great service and food tonight!
Definitely the most unfriendly store I've ever been to.
At home sick and My Husband surprised me with lunch. We ordered two pick twos the original and a turkey bacon. Our sandwiches had very little meat, veggies or cheese. The sandwiches were so sloppily put together. Called the manager and she said I could come bring my sandwich back and she would make it personally herself. Who wants to pick up lunch twice or has the time. The broccoli cheese soup was good and warm. Come on Schlotzsky’s do better.
Great food kinda pricey
Recently, I went into this Schlotzsky's location and ordered a Caramel Pecanbon with a young man, who then proceeded to prepare my order. When he gave me my order, I noticed he did not put the signature caramel sauce on the pecanbon; he did put a lighter-colored sauce on the pastry. I asked, "Aren't you supposed to put the caramel sauce as well?" Confidently, this young man said, "Oh, a lot of people get confused about it, but it doesn't come with caramel." Instead of arguing with him, I left with my incorrect order and located an online photo from Cinnabon showing that what I ordered was supposed to have the lighter-colored sauce as well as caramel...which is what I've always received when ordering this item.
With that said, it is clear that the young man at this location needs correction and proper training on the preparation of a customer's order. I have faithfully purchased Caramel Pecan Cinnabons from this store for years, and am very disappointed in this interaction.
