Complaining because at 1:00 February 4th 2026 the Caucasian female older lady was rude to every Uber driver when I asked if my customer can have a up size and their drink cuz it was already made the lady said nope they didn't pay for it and I said what about me I'm the one waiting also for my order cuz I'm the delivery she said nope didn't pay for it so I cancel the order I would think customer service is more important

Now, about this Schlotsky's.. this is my favorite place to eat so far in Amarillo! Always friendly, and fast! Sandwiches are fresh, bread is good and cinnamon rolls are great too! Tea taste good as well and nozzles have no funky aftertaste, so im thinking they clean theirs!! Oh, and BOGO pizzas on Wednesdays!!

Dropped in for a quick dinner before a football game and Addison was very attentive. Took my order helped with the drinks and brought it out to me when it was ready. The food was fresh and the sandwich was perfectly made.

Me & my wife’s sandwiches were awesome, forgot what mine was called but she had the avocado turkey sub & loved it. The reason for 3 stars is because we ordered a grilled cheese for our daughter & she literally spit it out😭😂 so I tasted the sandwich & it was so terrible. Bland bread with a very, very thin layer of cheese. Something you would literally fine out the trash. I would never or ever have my child it in a million years. Don’t order the grilled cheese…

We placed a large door dash order today for lunch. The dasher didn’t pick up all of the bags in our order so we were missing most of our meal. I called the store and talked to a very kind woman. She not only brought us the food herself but threw in some Cinnabons! She 100% did not have to do that! We are very appreciative that our order was made whole! She went above and beyond what many other Places would not do ! Thank you!
