I ordered a drink with pudding and the Taiwanese chicken. When I got my drink, they had put in herbal jelly. I informed the two workers that my order was suppose to have the egg pudding and they tried to gaslight me in saying that I had ordered the herbal jelly even though the receipt said pudding. They then told me they were out of the pudding and that they would remake my drink with another topping. I opted for boba. The milk tea I received tasted really watered down. Also, the Taiwanese chicken looked nothing like the marketing pics and was a few HUGE chunks of chicken with soggy breading and no fried basil pieces. I've had Taiwanese chicken in other cities and this was just bad. This is the worst Sharetea location I have been to and I've visited the ones in Houston, Katy, Austin and San Fran.

Was looking forward to trying this place out! Boba drink was very delicious however both ladies working were on the phone since we walked in, one was making our waffle and continued scrolling through her phone! Waffle was very oily and not well cooked, also took probably 20min to get the waffle. While we waited sat around and place was very dirty, tables dirty, hair on tables and chairs and floor! Maybe when there is downtown clean the place instead of using phone.
