This place came highly recommended by some locals. They nailed it. Great hamburgers. Thick patty, good fries, just overall a very good place to have a delicious burger. They do have wine and bottled beer. Will definitely come back when in Amarillo.

Ordered my burger well done. Cooked an additional 3 minutes in microwave and still pink. Gross! Take out. Not edible!

After arriving late in Amarillo we decided not to cook but head out for take out. We wanted something fast as it was late and we were tired. Lots of restaurants were closing and Blue Sky was very close to us. Such a good decision!! The hamburgers were perfectly cooked. Not undercooked or overcooked. The onions were glazed and the buns were really fresh. These burgers were delicious. The Sweet waffle potato fries had cilantro and parmesan on them and they tasted delicious. Service was fast, staff were very friendly and respectful.

Got food from Blue Sky today for our family of 9. Not only was it delicious but it was all CORRECT... and it was not a simple order... no mayo here, gluten free there, no mustard another place. We had our 14 year daughter practice calling in the order and the young lady taking the order was very patient and repeated it all back to her. They did have gluten free buns. In another review I read they had gluten free batter for the onion rings but that is not the case. Us gluten free folks were quite happy with our burgers and fries and one of us got tater tots! And the non gluten free folks were happy with their burgers and fries and onion rings. So 18 thumbs up from this crew : )

We’re visiting the area and needed good food in a family friendly place. This place was outstanding! Great burgers and fries, outdoor seating available, plus their customer was service was excellent. Loved Blue Sky Texas!
Definitely recommend Blue Sky. It’s local approved. The burgers have a wonderful taste. The seasoning is perfect.

By far the best cheeseburger I ever had. Ordered grilled onions and it was just delicious! Even the rolls they put the burgers on were good. Fries also delish. Quick service , will definitely go back.
