I love this location. It reminds me of the original location in Fayetteville with how friendly everyone is and how consistent the food is.

This place has been up and down over the 4 years that we have lived here. About 2 years ago they must have changed the management since the service greatly improved but I guess I was wrong. 2 of the last 3 times that I have come here (and it has happened other times in the past) everyone is in the back and no one is paying attention to the counter. You can't get their attention. I have spoken with them before about the matter. If you aren't going to watch the front of the house then you need a bell/buzzer. Too many places to eat to put up with this,

My experience at this location was HORRIBLE. The girl who was at the register didn’t take note of me until I spoke, she was on her phone, and I think she thinks she was hiding it well, next ALL the kitchen staff where fooling around or on there phones, one member even came out by the register to use his phone… YOU NEVER GET YOUR PHONE IN FRONT OF A GUEST I WORK IN RETAIL. If there are SO MANY of them FOOLING AROUND in the back then they can take chances going to where a guest can’t see them to be on their phones. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I WAS NOT GREETED WHEN WALKING IN. WHOEVER RUNS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CHECK UP ON THEIR STAFF. NO HAIR NETS WERE VISIBLE EITHER, WHICH IS A HEALTH DEPT VIOLATION. These people are working in customer service and should start acting like it, and for the kitchen staff… there’s no saving them.

Went here to have some lunch on the little break I had, pulled up to the drive through figured wont take 5-10 minutes to get a order in. I was wrong. Sat at the order menu for a solid 5 minutes, not one word was said, not give us a second, nothing. Completely ignored me even talking trying to see if anyone was there and as I finally get annoyed and drive off someone chirps order when youre ready as im already driving off.
Mind you this was roughly 1pm, parking lot was maybe half full so it wasn't slammed just terrible service. Thanks for adding onto a day that already isn't great.

Stopped in late and glad they were open. Strips and fries were made fresh so it took a few minutes to get it but that was ok - I don't mind waiting for freshness. The toast was a little too hard but it was fine.

I went the other day I got the slim meal one chicken stip was cold the other were little warm but still ok fries were cold bread cold I love this place since it open Is been my to go place for chicken 🐔 because being hot and fresh 😋. I do have to say the sweet girl with glasses and black hair made it a lot better I ask her to exchange one chicken stip she gave me 4 more i have to say thank you 😊 and she gave me fresh fries after my mom ask them to remake her food thank you for going on and above for me so why 5 start because of her she made the experience a lot better I didn't get her name buy young black hair and glasses and 2 pigtails

The chicken was life changing. Also great Mac and cheese, and salads for those wanting alternatives to chicken tenders/wings. Great dining experience and staff.

Today at around 6:33 p.m. this evening as i was ordering my 6 wing meal as i observed 3 employees on the family dinning floor with customers around. As the male employee held a dog, one of the lady employee with a purple shirt on stuck her ( HANDS ) in the dogs mouth an than proceeded to play with the animal. Soon after she walked right back into the kitchen without washing her hands at all. Im a dog lover myself, but I don't think that's what the owners Greg & Tom the founder's had in mind when servicing customer food neither does OSHA.

I come to this slim chicken often. Safe to say I won't be returning!

Easy to access from I-40. We eat here lots when we're passing through Amarillo.
