Slim Chickens

Didn't provide me with any ketchup as requested on order. No dressing for my salad and no utensils. No ranch in my wrap, when it's a buffalo/ranch wrap!!!! My daughter's meal was supposed to come with toast, guess what it didn't have. 🙄🙄
Thankfully we're just passing by and won't have to encounter this experience again.

We had an issue with uber cancelling over and over assuming someone stole our order or something but we called and Carrie the manager was awesome!!! She addressed our concern explained what could have been wrong and even hooked us up with a treat awesome customer service keep it up!

25min. for a single meal?? Really, thats unacceptable at 6pm on a tuesday not really busy inside.
I shouldn't know better before turning my receipt for a free brownie.

The food is really fresh and hot. Dessert is so good. Thank you Joel L. for a wonderful first time visit as a new customer. Definitely a regular go to for good fresh food.

Joel and Carrie have great service and operations going! Very accommodating and family friendly! We weren’t aware of the kid’s eat free on Sunday’s and they filled us in on it!

This place has been up and down over the 4 years that we have lived here. About 2 years ago they must have changed the management since the service greatly improved but I guess I was wrong. 2 of the last 3 times that I have come here (and it has happened other times in the past) everyone is in the back and no one is paying attention to the counter. You can't get their attention. I have spoken with them before about the matter. If you aren't going to watch the front of the house then you need a bell/buzzer. Too many places to eat to put up with this,

My experience at this location was HORRIBLE. The girl who was at the register didn’t take note of me until I spoke, she was on her phone, and I think she thinks she was hiding it well, next ALL the kitchen staff where fooling around or on there phones, one member even came out by the register to use his phone… YOU NEVER GET YOUR PHONE IN FRONT OF A GUEST I WORK IN RETAIL. If there are SO MANY of them FOOLING AROUND in the back then they can take chances going to where a guest can’t see them to be on their phones. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I WAS NOT GREETED WHEN WALKING IN. WHOEVER RUNS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CHECK UP ON THEIR STAFF. NO HAIR NETS WERE VISIBLE EITHER, WHICH IS A HEALTH DEPT VIOLATION. These people are working in customer service and should start acting like it, and for the kitchen staff… there’s no saving them.

Went here to have some lunch on the little break I had, pulled up to the drive through figured wont take 5-10 minutes to get a order in. I was wrong. Sat at the order menu for a solid 5 minutes, not one word was said, not give us a second, nothing. Completely ignored me even talking trying to see if anyone was there and as I finally get annoyed and drive off someone chirps order when youre ready as im already driving off.
Mind you this was roughly 1pm, parking lot was maybe half full so it wasn't slammed just terrible service. Thanks for adding onto a day that already isn't great.
